Love the site! My husband and I own a small soapmaking company in South Lake Tahoe called Tahoe Mountain Soap Company. We have been in business almost 15 years. We began and still sell at seasonal farmers markets in our area. We also participate in many craft shows such as Oktoberfest and annual Christmas craft fairs and the like. It grows every year. From our farmers market business we have made contacts with local businesses who also carry our products. Our email and phone is on the back of our product tags. We get a lot of orders from those via phone and internet. Give farmers markets a try. Space rent us usually small and we find farmers love to trade! Good Luck

Thanks, Pearl! I'm a weaver, and make soap and candles as well. I've been considering selling some of my pieces, but wasn't sure how to get started. This just gave me the jumpstart I needed!
