One blog led to another, then another, then yours. I've just started 'reading' blogs and considering having one of my own (never thought I'd say that). But my point in writing was to ask a really 'off the wall' question about an image you posted on your 'flickr' page from your blog.

You shared a picture of some Christmas ornaments on a photo page. In the box of ornaments is one that has a lady holding a banner. My Mother had a Christmas ball just like that when I was a child and it was my favorite. I was the one that hung it on the tree every year. She used to tell me that it would be mine when I grew up. Well, the ball didn't make it (broke years ago). I've never seen one like it, until I saw yours. I was hoping that if, by chance, the ornaments are in their original box, you could tell me the name or company that is on it. I've kept my eye open for years so any insight to the where-abouts would be most appreciated!! Thanks!
